The time has finally come. We are finally happy to announce that Update 0.19 "Tanks Reloaded" will be coming to the Armored Warfare servers on the 20th of April 2017!
The “Tanks Reloaded” Update and its main feature, Balance 2.0, marks the beginning of a new era for Armored Warfare. Balance 2.0 consists of a large number of game changes that are described below and represents a foundation for the future development of the game, consisting of a large amount of content updates coming in the near future. The “Tanks Reloaded” Update, however, brings content updates of its own. They include:
  • 26 new vehicles
  • New PvP map “Chemical Plant”
  • New Global Operations map “Barren Divide”
  • Two new PvE missions
  • Skirmish mode
As well as many corrections and bug fixes, including the reinstatement of the T-72B3 Tier 8 Premium MBT back on the battlefield. Here's the good news - those players, who purchased the T-72B3 before the launch of Update 0.19, will receive all the Gold they spent back and will also get to keep the tank once it's fixed! We apologize for the inconvenience and do hope that you will find this solution to be satisfactory.

A combination of heavy half-track and 88 mm Flak cannon? Does that sound odd?Not if German engineering has anything to do with it! Let us introduce, the 8.8cm Flak 37 (Sf.) auf s. Zgkw. 18tThe Sd.Kfz.9 was the heaviest German half-tracked vehicle operated during the Second World War. Designed initially as heavy tractor for heavy artillery and as a recovery vehicle capable of towing tanks from critical situations. The first prototype was conceived in 1936. The vehicle was primarily designed to be an engineering machine, however it was during the Second World War that the Sd.Kfz. 9 was employed as a platform for artillery. The vehicle became a mobile Anti-Aircraft Artillery and Tank Destroyer capable of mounting several configurations of weaponry.
